I have never had much confidence to strike out on my own and make up a pattern, much preferring to follow someone else’s instructions. I do, however, quite often modify the pattern I’m using and recently have thought about designing a pattern or two myself.
These first attempts are all VERY basic but a few friends have asked me about them so here they are for anyone who wants to use them
