Meme – Wendy Needs
This is my first meme as I’m new to blogging – read this on Woven n Spun blog and couldn’t resist.
Go to google and type in your name followed by the word “needs” and then list the top ten results. To stop some of the variations I typed “Wendy needs” so I only got hits with the two words together in that order
1)Wendy needs a patient, loving and committed family who can provide structure and support (spooky as hubby and I are actually being approved to adopt and be that family…)
2)Wendy needs every measuring cup and teaspoon she can find (ask my other half, when I cook EVERY pan and utensil gets used)
3)Wendy needs your assistance (she’ll take whatever help is offered!)
4)Wendy needs at least 5 business days advance notice for this process (that would be nice, something in my life I knew about before the day it happened)
5)Wendy needs to tell Rachel whats going on with Danny, because he’s not right in the head. (he certainly isn’t girl)
6)Wendy needs our thots (I guess “thoughts”?)
7)Wendy needs a furrever home for Christmas (this is from a dog sanctuary site…another plea for home & family though…)
8)Wendy needs cordyline help (nope, my cordyline is fine thanks)
9)Wendy needs help (it has certainly been said by many of my friends and family that I really do need help, professional help)
10)Wendy needs help to join the US Cavers Forum (can’t think of anything I need less actually, my brother is a caver and I cringe just thinking about it…)
as a variation I wondered what she wanted…

2)Wendy wants to know… (everything)
3)What do you think Wendy wants? Why does she go to Neverland? (this is my favourite as hubby and I have an affinity to Peter Pan)
4)Wendy wants a lifelong commitment (and I found him)
5)Wendy wants to fix up their office (I don’t go near it, that’s his room)
6)Wendy wants to meet 30 people (this week? this year? right now?)
7)Wendy wants to make a film from a kid’s point of view
8)Wendy wants to do something different than what Master Products currently does. (whatever they do I don’t like it)
9)Wendy wants to group the students in five groups according to their ride (this sounds like the start of a maths question, Jimmy went on three rides but none with Susan, Michael didnt go on a ride with the same person twice…..)
10)Wendy wants to run from something & toward something else. (well it’s better than running right back to the same thing….that just sends you round in circles)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Your Wendy Needs list is cute. I was amazed at how dead on accurate mine was on about 8 things. My hubby was a little freaked out as well. Congrats on the impending adoption approval. Your life will never be the same again. Are you looking at adopting a baby or older children out of “foster” care? If I can offer advice or assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are by no means pros, but after adopting 5 “special needs” children, and still looking at going again, we do have some experience.
