This was a project which I knit at the end of last winter and finished at the beginning of March, then the weather turned warmer and I didn’t need a thick wool jumper….will have to sew it up before this winter starts….
It’s another Rowan project (you will begin to realise that I am addicted to Rowan yarn!) this one from Rowan 38 – it’s called “Echo” and is knit in Kid Classic (one of my all time favourite yarns) and Yorkshire Tweed DK. I loved the colours in the original pattern and matched them fairly faithfully. The picture shows the Kid Classic on the rib as lighter than it really is it’s more purple than pink.
